This policy may be amended at any time, without notice. Any changes to this policy will not apply retrospectively. Future bookings will be subject to the terms of service at the point of booking.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before purchasing any online training courses from the Advance Water Training website (the “Service”) operated by Advance Water Training Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By purchasing our online training courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Online Courses
Our online training courses include the following:
EUSR National Water Hygiene Course
SHEA Water Training
2. Course Limitations
Each course has a maximum limit of 12 candidates per session.
3. Payment
Payment for the online courses must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card/debit card.
We can accommodate businesses looking to pay via purchase order, under the following terms:
· A 50% deposit of the total order value is necessary to reserve the required number of spaces.
· Outstanding balances must be paid, in full, no later than seven days before the scheduled date of training.

· Company Name
· Invoice Address
· Contact Email
· Course Name
· Date/Time of Training
· Number of Spaces Required
Once received an Invoice will be issued to facilitate payment.
4. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible prior to the scheduled course date. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy and can be found here: www.advancewatertraining.com/cancellation-policy
We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible when applying this policy, However, we are unable to offer refunds for candidates that fail to attend the training.
5. Course Content
The content of our training courses is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
6. Candidate information
To complete registration for EUSR training courses and to facilitate the training, the following information is required for each candidate:
· First Name
· Last Name
· Date of Birth
· Mobile Number
· Email Address
· Digital Photo of Candidate (A headshot against a light-coloured background, with no headwear, except for religious purposes)
Candidates will need to bring a copy of ID (Photo of Passport/Driving Licence/Residence Permit) to the training session. The trainer will check this to ensure compliance with EUSR Identity Verification Policy.

7. Course Information/Meeting links
Once the information detailed in Section 6 has been received:
Course joining instructions and meeting links will be emailed to candidates no later than seven days prior to the training date.
For bookings made less than seven days prior to scheduled course, please allow up to 24 hours for this information to be received.
For bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the training course, we will endeavour to get this information sent out as soon as possible.
We guarantee to get this information to you prior to the course start time. Joining information and meeting links will be sent out over the weekend where required.
8. Technical Requirements
To participate in our online courses, you will need access to a computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the technical requirements for attending the course.
9. Training Etiquette
It is expected that candidates:
· Arrive in a timely manner (ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time).
· Be courteous and respectful
· Refrain from using offensive language
· Follow the trainer’s instructions
We reserve to right to remove any candidate that fails to comply with the above. Refunds will not be provided in the event of this circumstance.
