Cancellation Policy

Updated 8th June 2021.

This policy may be amended at any time, without notice. Any changes to this policy will not apply retrospectively. Future bookings will be subject to the cancellation policy at the point of booking.

All cancellations must be made via email to contact@advancewatertraining.com by the delegate. Cancellations via telephone cannot be accepted.

Cancellations more than 7 days before training date:

A full refund (100%) will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the training date.

Cancellations less than 7 days before training date:

A charge of 50% will be incurred for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the training date.

Transferring to a later training session:

Any delegate who wishes to transfer to a training session on a later date must email contact@advancewatertraining.com and clearly state the new date of the session they would like to attend. Transfer requests must be received more than 7 days prior to the original training date otherwise the above cancellation fees will apply.

Our rights to cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel any training session in the unlikely event that a venue/trainer become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances the delegate will be issued with as much notice as possible and offered a free transfer to another training session. If the delegate cannot attend the new proposed date(s) a full refund will be issued.
